The two classwork activities which was little hard because of group working was the outline paragraph for homeschooling and the vegetarians people actually I could be a good leader but the problem is some times its difficult to manage the others work they became busy and they make it harder special outlines so there was a lot of issue through the team work in class furthermore if you looks for some one and he is busy that one of the team work issues for example if some one was busy the work became harder for us for instant seems to be additional work . finally I admit that I have little experience in leading a team. This is one of the reasons that I do not give everyone his chance for instant if there is a superior I hear his opinion and I do not hear the opinion of the others also I have to see all their writing carefully with out repeat everything that interests me and get rid of all the answers that are not related to the topic, and this unfortunately is beyond my control because of my preoccupation with my children in distance learning and my mother's sudden illness made me neglect my studies a little, but what I benefited is the most important thing that I should try to develop my leadership skills in team work very soon.
